It was the best experience I ever had with the doctor

The receptionist did not seem to pay attention to the patient's waiting in line. She was more concerned with showing a new receptionist what to do and we just stood there waiting. Finally, someone came in from break and took care of us.

The nurse that took my blood pressure, weight, height was very nice

Dr Safranski and her staff are caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and kind. They actually read notes and reports in my file and offer treatment suggestions as opposed to waiting for me to bring it up. I am grateful to be in their care

The visit was great, but the pharmacy took an hour to prepare 2 shots, I feel that is not acceptable

I have always been very happy with all the people I deal with at the Aurora Clinic in Howards Grove. Everyone is so helpful and never makes you feel rushed.

The Dr. explains things in a patient term. The Dr. and the nursing staff are so friendly and helpful.
