Always professional and kind. If she doesn't have an answer she won't make one up. In the past she researched and provided more info.

After my previous Dr. retired, I had to aquire 2 new ones , one of which was only at the CLINIC a year, and the other one I never ever met as she left before my appointment was due. I am very pleased with Dr. Safranski. She is very informative, and very personable and her teammates have assured me she is there for the long haul. I don't want to have to switch doctors again. It's very hard as all the new doctors have already filled their quota of patients. I guess I was lucky to have been able to have a doctor with me for 40 years. Nowadays,it doesn't happen as they are constantly on the move two better themselves.
Felt rushed. That she had very little time to be in the office. She had a time limit that she needed to be with the next patient.
She really listened to my concerns about cancer in my family and was very knowledgeable and understanding.
Everyone from the receptionist, nurse and doctor were very helpful and friendly.
I always leave knowing I was taken care of in a timely & respected manner.
Was seen on time and staff & Dr. made me feel like I was heard.
Dr Safranski and all of the staff at the Howard's Grove Clinic are exceptionally nice and helpful. I feel very comfortable there.
