I love Dr Ahmed. He's one of two doctors I have that are men so that actually puts him pretty high up. I usually don't care for men.

The people are great. The facility parking and elevators are an "F" grade. The West lot was full, the hospital lot had parking available but ONLY ONE of the two elevators worked and with wheelchairs, scooters etc it was AWFUL. People had to wait for the car to come back and hopefully have room in it to get on. Somebody has to take charge and get it fixed...the elevator is "old" but parts can be made if SOMEBODY wants it done. I will recommend Aurora but not at this location.

Takes a very long time to get back to me in mychart and it's usually a nurse who responds and seems to be kind of short with me.

I'm so very pleased with all my Aurora heath care providers. I've had several appointments in the past month, all with different providers, imaging. Everyone experience has been positive, helpful, informative. I find that when I message a question or request, the response time is fast and personable. My imaging appointment was so efficient, I was out of the building before my scheduled appointment time, yet was not rushed. Arriving early has wonderful benefits, even though I had a book to read while waiting.
