Great customer service!! Aurora should be incredibly happy with the fabulous staff!! Why many are leaving makes me wonder why as it isn't the employees. The ones I have come in contact with are above the grade! Do what you need to to keep them.

Dr. Sulman always provides excellent service. The only reason that I downgraded the item regarding being seen on time is because the start of my appointment was delayed ~ 30 minutes, not because of the doctor but due to a shortage of support staff on that day. Normally, I'm seen on time.
