Both provider and his assistant were very pleasant and confident in their actions and explained step by step what they were doing. Even though parts of the procedure were uncomfortable, they prepared me for each step and supported me throughout it.
Virtual visits NEED to start on time. I waited 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time as the provider was running late. If a provider has a virtual visit, their schedule should be clear for 15 min before the meeting and 15 min after. This will allow a time cushion, in case previous appointments have run late or over. It will help with time compression scheduling.
Waited over 45 minutes to see him and he became short with me after I stated that lateness. I understand emergency but what about a little respect in return. He wouldn't of waited for my appointment if I was 45 minutes late.
Dr. Sulman is great. He listens to me and provides clear feedback and guidance.
