Wonderful doctor. Dr. Benjamin is thorough and listens to my questions and provides me with next steps in my treatment. Excellent approach and manner.
The doctor is very professional and shows and knowledge in his field. There was a student who came in to talk before the doctor which is good in the sense that residents are given the opportunity to practice as a professional growth. However, it was very hard to understand him, because of his strong accent. I wonder if in this situation the residents are required to have a knowledge of the English language good enough to communicate with the patients.
The provider was great. My problem was with the admin staff. The sheer amount of times I had to keep confirming my appointment over and over and over was infuriating. I literally hung up on an admin lady at one point.
The doctor's assistant is very efficient and kind. The doctor takes his time, reviews my medical history, and speaks to me in simple, understandable terms. It's the best medical team.Thank you.
