Everyone at this office-audiology and neurotology-from the receptionists/schedulers to the RNs to the transcriptionists to the doctors are so kind and always smiling. It makes you feel like they enjoy working there, which makes the patient enjoy being there. I feel confident in the skills of the entire staff.
