We greatly appreciate Dr Benson, his team and the office staff for being so accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. They included my daughter in the conversation and let her speak for herself, which is huge in our opinion. The only learning feedback I'd give is for the MA to introduce herself and ask our names, especially at the beginning not say at the end of her time with us, you're her parents, right?
